Exposure of hygienic impurities on surfaces by means of quantitative detection of intra- and
extracellular adenosine triphosphates (ATP) using Luciferin-Luciferase reaction in a buffered medium.
The light emitted in this way will be measured with a luminometer and displayed as relative light units
(RLU) .
